Ozonators: OZONIA

Ion Exchange has entered into a representative Agreement with OZONIA for their complete range of Ozonators for the industrial segment. Ozonia, head quartered in Switzerland, is a world leader and innovator in Ozone generator technology. Ozonia’s developments in field of ozone generators include the self centered AT dielectric segment technology that has allowed increased ozone concentration with greater energy efficiency. Ozonia’s world wide ozone production capacity exceeds 15000 kg/hr since 1991.

Ozonia’s range of products varies from small lab generators generating 4gm/hr to large XF generators generating over 97kg/hr from a single unit. Ozonia’s product range also includes innovative Membrel ozonators for high purity application which generates ozone from pure water. The ozonia range also includes containerized ozone generator system capable of generating over 250kg/hr.

The application areas for these systems are primarily in the area of waste water reuse and process water treatment. The Membrel range will be exclusively used for disinfection of high purity water loops (Pharma and Semi conductors).

These systems would be sold and serviced by Ion Exchange in the Indian subcontinent with technical support from Ozonia Switzerland.
